CANCELLATION POLICY

• Please come in with clean lashes. You may be charged $5 extra if I have to clean heavy makeup/product off of your lashes before your appointment. • I DO NOT offer refunds on any services performed. If there is any issue, message me within 48 hours and we will discuss the problem and find a solution. • You must have at least 40% of your lashes for a full-in. If not, your appointment will be charged as a full set and you may need to be rescheduled. • 3+ week fills will be charged an extra $15 for appointments. 4+ week appointments will be booked as a full set, but I will charge you accordingly. • Please message me within 48 hours if you will not be able to make your appointment. If you do not message me within 24 hours in advance that you cannot make it and/or if you are 15 minutes late you will be marked as a no show and possibly charged for your appointment.
